Whistling Dixie is a version of Marsh tacky Horse by request for a granddaughter. I love both versions of this cheerful horse. I was inspired by a Marsh tacky Horse On Hilton Head Island who was playing joyfully with an exercise ball. In this version the horse and it's friends are enjoying a stroll through the marsh while whistling and singing.
