Fido

Hooked by Robin Nissenfeld from the Hunterdon County Rug Hooking Guild. I dyed the wool especially for Fido's coat and mixed it with another from my inventory. The background is predominately Kiwi Chiffon with some other greens mixed in and the border is Fall Leaves. Robin used the yarn dyed for me by Judith Hotchkiss Design & Dye Works in matching Fall Leaves. Robin did a lovely job catching his expression. Her request to me was to hook a rug of her dog that was realistic and whimsical both and that was accomplished.
